We are launching another Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation on the Azure platform - this time with VeGa solutions!

Digital transformation is unmistakably changing Czech companies, and more and more companies transfer business processes from their own IT infrastructure to the cloud. One of these companies is Vega solutions s.r.o. - a company that opted for the MS Dynamics NAV 2017 enterprise information system on the MS Azure platform. The developer of this ERP solution is the Brno based NAVIYS.

VeGa_logoVeGa solutions s.r.o. has chosen the latest Microsoft ERP version - MS Dynamics NAV 2017 to be implemented in the Microsoft Azure cloud service. The company's existing system covers only accounting, and several different external import invoicing modules and order and delivery forms are used. Dynamic growth in the company and the rising number of orders created the need for a more sophisticated enterprise management process, integrated agenda management, electronic data exchange solutions, and future integration with an e-commerce portal for its largest customers.

The implemented Dynamics NAV modules completely cover Sales, Purchasing – purchase planning, Warehousing, and Finance. The main benefits for VeGa solutions will be, in particular, the unification of all orders in one system, the introduction of a reader system for the receipt and dispatch of goods or the possibility of online document creation. The company will have data on the current inventory, which will accurately determine delivery dates and plan purchase orders. The EDI solution provides the possibility of the highest automation of processes through integrated data exchange between business partners.

After the analysis, which took place in March 2017, we are now moving on to installing and gradually training system users. Once the system is put into operation for the second quarter of 2017, some program edits will be performed and EDI solutions for electronic data exchange will be implemented.
