Time schedule

Time schedule - Time schedule of the project may be defined in the project’s schedule in the desired hierarchical structure including milestones (date, payment, objective etc.). For every project there may be defined various time schedule types - aside of a main schedule towards investor it is possible to create internal schedules, subcontractor ones, etc.

For the schedule creation it is possible to use graphical planning tools with the help of the Gantt graphs integrated directly into the ERP environment. For an easier communication with an investor and subcontractors it is possible to export/import a schedule from/to Microsoft Project XML format. A time schedule may be archived at any time with the possibility to reuse any version in the future.

Schedule lines can be linked to activities created for the project manager and other possible team members. The system may send notifications of uncompleted tasks or those with upcoming date of completion - these notifications are sent either to a task owner or to a superior person, if the task is delayed. The time schedule can work independently or in connection with other modules of the Biz4BuildIn solution - Resource management (capacitive planning, job reports), Cash flow (payment milestones), and Calculations/Detailed budget (construction costs consumption).
