Templates - in the project management, many repeated documents are used. Biz4BuildIn solution allows defining type templates and inserting merge fields to export data from the information system. It is possible to export data using modern technology through an XML format and style definition. Templates and exports can be created for MS Word and Excel applications or others supporting these technologies. For the templates creation and exports to MS Word, a universal tool may be used in which it is possible to define a set of merge fields (which data should be exported from the system) and do the visual processing in the MS Word. The system then does an automatic conversion to required formats prior the export.
