Subcontractor management
Subcontractor management - relationships with subcontractors are based on contracts or confirmed orders - both types of documents may be recorded in the system either in a paper or structured form. On the basis of a contract/order a subcontractor cash flow may be created along with a work schedule and a detailed budget.
During realization, job logging is executed and all documents and communication with subcontractors are attached. Purchase invoices are authorized by a project manager who adds a reference to a planned cash flow line.
