Sales Interactions

Useful reports and detailed statistics can be applied for sales interactions with customers. Sales interactions are generated automatically (sending advice, service quote, sales order confirmation...) but also recorded user notes (incoming/outgoing phone call, sent email under a campaign...). Again, it is possible to use the CRM module to generate marketing actions, business letters for a defined group of contacts chosen according to business department specification.
