Resource management

Resource management - In the Biz4BuildIn solution a capacity resource plan may be created. It may be linked to a time schedule, price calculation, detailed budget or it may be created independently. Individuals or groups of similar resources may be planned here.

The system allows planning backwards or forwards using individual work shift templates and desired efficiency. Graphical planning may be done in the environment of a Gantt chart with the view of tasks and load ratio of assigned resources.

The actual consumption is registered in work reports of individual employees - input directly in the environment of the ERP or through an import batch from external sources (ME Excel, attendance system). Work lists may be integrated with the Wages module which serves as a base for wage processing or posting direct costs to projects.
