Requested documents

Requested documents - for each project type it is possible to define a template of requested documents - i.e. a set of document types which must be attached to a project (e.g. completion certificate, quote, order, bank guarantee, discrepancy protocol, measures protocol, etc.).

A requested document may be both link to an attachment (physically stored in NAV, or a link to a file server or MS SharePoint) and a link to other modules of the system (for example order, quotes, contracts, etc.).

Each type of requested documents holds information on attached documents of that type.
