Reordering

The Biz4Elements solution allows in the purchase area to combine various methods of supply reordering. The most common method of supply planning is based on minimum stock which is adjusted by seasonality. On each component an unlimited number of suppliers may be recorded as well as their delivery terms and packing (multiples of orders).
Based on a chosen method of reordering the system proposes an optimum quantity to a so called Requisition sheet. Here it is possible to change the quantity or choose a different supplier. Next, purchase orders for chosen suppliers are automatically generated.
