Project tracking

Project tracking - this efficient tool provides a project manager with complete information regarding the project and helps to reveal bottlenecks which may be focused.

From the financial area is obtained information on paid and received advance payments, invoices, due dates (including retention amounts) and about the current payments balance. At every moment he/she can monitor, if the current payment morale doesnĺt affect the projectĺs cash flow.

From the logistics department can be seen information on materials enquired, ordered, on stock and consumed in the project. If there is a relation to a manufacturing module, current data on technology and manufacturing progress is available.

Other data included in the project tracking include contracts, attached documents, work consumed, tasks (total, uncompleted).
