Picking

Requirements for picking are either generated from the dispatcherĺs board (transportation planning) or from confirmed sales orders. A warehouseman picks goods based on a warehouse card and records these operations in the system. It is possible to process individual pieces, pallets or whole containers at once. During picking, a bar code technology may be used and particular operations may be carried out using mobile terminals.
