Order to dispatch

BIZ4Warehousing allows monitoring the order from the beginning to an end of the business case. The system automatically recognizes when the items need to be dispatched (based on status in the warehouse, requested delivery date, etc.) and notifies the user in time. Based on dispatch suggestion the orders to dispatch are created. The system also automatically generates the take out list which determines which items, their position and amount needs to be taken out. The take out list is printed in responsible zone on responsible printer. Each zone can have its own printer. Paper version can be substitute by terminals (see Terminals usage). When dispatching depending on setup the system automatically generates a report for vendor, prints labels, prints sales documents (delivery note, invoice, money order) or automatically sends information to customer that his/her items are currently dispatched. Printed documents can be enclosed to packaging and sent to customer. When suggesting a dispatch company's and customer's and vendor's calendar is taken into consideration (eg: dispatching abroad). This way you can plan dispatch with regards to delivery so that the items are not delivered to foreign customer on national holiday.
