Order processing

Order may be created from an existing version of an offer or without a link to an offer. During input of components, sales price and discount are automatically filled in (determined by an individual price policy). If a customer orders quantity which is not a multiple of a packing unit the system automatically generates an unpacking charge. User enters width, height and a variant and the system finds appropriate price. Customerĺs requirements beyond standard are handled using surcharges. While recording an order, the system also records reference customer positions. This is a unique data defined by customer which determines a required position of the product (e.g. building, floor, etc.). This information is kept throughout the business case and printed on all documents.
