Opportunity evaluation

Opportunity evaluation - an opportunity may be closed at any phase of the sales cycle. When the opportunity is transformed to an order, it is closed as Won. Failing that it is closed as Lost. Reason codes may be defined for both closing types for later evaluation. This way, also unrealized opportunities form a valuable database for future strategic decisions.

The system further contains tools, through which the company management may analyze recent potential of active opportunities - evaluate closed opportunities by types - either those successfully transformed to orders or those lost for any reason.
