Opportunities management - each demand or a potential business opportunity is recorded in the system. Based on the type of opportunity it is possible to choose an appropriate sales cycle to follow, plan to-dos and evaluate. Microsoft Dynamics NAV contains efficient tools working in accordance with the principles of the Pipeline management.

Pipeline management represents a controlled processing of opportunities through the use of sales cycles. Each cycle contains phases made up by activities (set of to-dos) for persons responsible for opportunitiesĺ processing. Information on opportunityĺs current phase is clearly displayed in the system as well as its past phases and when they were finished, how the opportunityĺs value changed and what is its expected value depending on possibility success percentage.
