Offers management
Offers management - every opportunity may be easily assigned an offer number and using a standard module, the offer may be processed. It can have an unlimited number of versions, any of which may be later used to be turned to an actual version of the offer. It is possible to attach any external file to an opportunity as an interaction. The file may be saved either directly in the database or externally storage with a link saved in the information system.
Opportunities and quotes may be linked with a code of the investor’s project - this model is used when the company is enquired by more customers participating in the same investor’s project. These opportunities may be evaluated either separately or as one.
With each business case, tender participants may be recorded as well as their quotes and dates - a winner of the order may be assigned to an unsuccessful opportunity.
Already at a quote creating, it is possible to use specific tools to draw up budgets, plan the project and select subcontractors (as described in the section Calculation and budgets and Planning). When an opportunity is passed on to realization the system can automatically create a new project order, archive a final version of calculation of the sales department and transfer selected attached documents. It is possible to have the system automatically send a notification email on the order creation and an assignment of initial tasks for a responsible person.
