MS SharePoint integration

Microsoft SharePoint integration - MS SharePoint provides users access to important information on companyĺs intranet. For Biz4Building, integration with controlled documentation systems is mostly used which allow versioning, confirmation and document search. Furthermore, tools for modeling and management of workflow processes are used as well. With the integration of controlled documentation, individual documents are stored in MS SharePoint environment with only a link to a storage being recorded in the information system. Documents may be then viewed both from the operation system and from the intranet environment. With the integration of workflow processes, the information system sends the request for processing of a process. The authorization process itself takes place in MS SharePoint environment according to a predefined logic. The information system gets the information about the progress and is able to continue with the process after final authorization.
