Materials list

Materials list - base project materials specification is built here. It is possible to create materials lists for individual phases of a project with time determination and a link to calculation or a detailed budget.

Materials lists may be created manually, by a conversion from a detailed budget or imported from external resources. Individual specification items may be accumulated (to be then ordered at suppliers) keeping the detail on the use of the original item - this information is recorded separately in a detailed so-called assembling list. It is possible to use both individual material cards and universal cards with templates containing user-defined parameters.

Materials may be ordered either using internal orders (if a centralized items purchase is used in the company) or by external subjects using inquiries/orders.
