Labor productivity
For each department there is at least one defined metric for employee performance measurement. Employees may be paid based on these metrics.
E.g. in the manufacturing department it may be working centersĺ productivity where planned and actual capacities are compared.
Warehousemenĺs labor is measured in stock transactions while invoice clerks and accountants may be paid based on posted documents etc.
