Job logs
Job logs - it serves as a tool for finding current status of the project and a basis for inquiry reports. Job logs may be created for each detailed budget or a price calculation - i.e. not just for the investor but also individually for each subcontractor.
To create a job logging, automated functions may be used which will create a proposal based on a completion percentage or a residual quantity in a batch by selected items or whole sections. If the price calculation/detailed budget are linked to a time schedule, a completion percentage in the schedule is also updated or the job logging may be proposed based on the time schedule.
Recorded job logs represent a total amount per construction item. The amount is recorded both in costs and sales (investor) prices - invoice may be issued or subcontractor invoices may be agreed based on the job logging. The difference between current construction costs and invoiced amount may be posted as a work in progress.
