Internal orders
Internal orders - to order services from other internal departments (materials purchase, assembly, transport, rental etc.), Internal orders module can be used. Internal deliveries may be handled as payable or free of charge. The internal order may be created from a calculation line, materials specification line or manually.
The processing of an internal order is managed through a controlled workflow process with a predefined number of phases, which the internal order must go through. In the first phase both sides must agree on a service price and delivery date. After the service has been delivered it is possible to automatically internally invoice the agreed price. During the process both sides are sent automatic notification emails.
