Contracts

Contracts - it is a basic register of all companyĺs contracts. Either simple records may be recorded here including key data (so-called metadata) or external documents or just links may be attached to the records.

Contracts may be linked to projects or to purchase orders. They are divided by type to customer and supplier related and others - other division is to a contract itself, appendix and supplement - individual contract types may be linked.

For a better identification may be created a user-defined contract type list (work contract, purchase contract, mandatory contract and the like).
