Contact management

Contact management - as a part of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Contacts is a complex tool for relationship management, which allows to record important information on your customers, vendors, potential customers, competitors etc.

It is possible to record an unlimited number of companies and their contact persons on various posts. With the help of these tools it is possible to create individual profiling of each company/person and segmentation for an efficient communication - focusing on a specific group of contacts (e.g. to send invitations to managers who play golf).

For individual profiling, questionnaires may be used which make up a basic profile of a contact/person using questions and answers. Answers may be subjective (user chosen) or automatically generated per a defined period (e.g. last year’s turnover, timing of deliveries etc.). On the basis of completed questionnaires it is possible to automatically sort contacts into groups doing a so-called ABC analysis. In the construction industry this system is primarily used for evaluation and selection of vendors.
