Authorization

Authorization - as a part of Microsoft Dynamics NAV there is a tool for authorization and notification e-mails sending. The authorization is then processed in the information system environment. Authorization processes are primarily used in the purchase and sales documents area.

To authorize documents and processes outside the information system, integration with MS SharePoint is used (described in the MS SharePoint section). The information system sends a request for a process execution and gets information about its progress - the process continues after final authorization.
