Attached documents

Attached documents - it is possible to attach any documents to a project. These documents may be physically stored in a NAV database or attached as a link to a file server or MS SharePoint. Through the use of document types individual documents may be easily sorted and searched for.

Aside of external documents attached to a project, documents from other system modules may be viewed here. These may be e.g. documents attached to invoices, contracts, etc.

Attached documents may be either monitored on a particular project or searched through a total of the documents of that type or they may have general purpose (for example documents related to QMS and EMS). Security rules are applied to all documents and a user may only view documents with appropriate rights.
